LINCOLN DISTRIBUTION CENTER
This former Montgomery Wards distribution facility underwent a major renovation in 2003. Improvements include: new TPO roof system with 15 year warranty, ESFR sprinkler system installed, new dock doors, newly painted exterior and interior walls, new asphalt in parking lot, warehouse floor has been cleaned and sealed.
The building sits on 11.98 acres and can be expanded to 300,000 SF total. Burlington Northern rail service is active to the property. It also includes a 1,800-SF mezzanine not counted in the RBA.
