SCOTT CALDWELL, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Scott joined Lincoln Property in early 2001 as Senior Vice President. He is responsible for the overall management of the Denver operations. Those duties include new business development for property management and leasing services, 3rd party brokerage assignments, as well as office and industrial property acquisitions. Before joining Lincoln Property Company, Scott spent 9 years as a broker in the office services group of Grubb & Ellis in the Denver, CO office. During that time he was responsible for leasing over 2 million rsf of office space on behalf of his clients. During his 13-year tenure in commercial real estate, Scott has experienced the development, property acquisition,property management, and brokerage perspectives of commercial real estate.

MARK HOMLISH, VICE PRESIDENT

Mark joined Lincoln Property Company in early 2002 as Vice President. His duties include new business development, office leasing, tenant representation and investment sales. Before joining Lincoln, Mark spent two years as General Manager for CMD Realty Investors and five years as a broker with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, both in Denver. During that time, he was responsible for office leasing and investment sales in excess of 2.5 million rsf in five different sub-markets throughout the Denver metro area. Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 1994, Mark has been involved with the development, property acquisition, landlord and tenant representation perspectives of commercial real estate. In addition to real estate, Mark serves as co-chair for Team Research Rider’s - a commercial real estate cycling team established to benefit Children’s Hospital and on the regional advisory board for the Salvation Army.

EMILOU WOODS, SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Emilou joined Lincoln Property Company in early 2003 as Property Manager. Her duties include management of the Lincoln Property Company - Denver portfolio. Emilou oversees all property management issues including her staff of managers and engineers. Before joining Lincoln, Emilou spent three years as Senior Real Estate Manager at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. During that time, she was responsible for property management, construction management and staff development for an extensive office and flex-office portfolio located in Denver, Aurora and Centennial, Colorado. Emilou has 24 years of direct and supervisory commercial property management experience. Responsibilities in all positions include accurate monthly reporting, development and administration of comprehensive annual capital and operating budgets, staff supervision and training, vendor contract negotiation, lease administration, construction management, and development and administration of tenant retention programs.

MICHELLE KELLEY, PROPERTY MANAGER

Michelle joined Lincoln Property Company in 2006 as Property Manager of Colorado Center. Before joining Lincoln, Michelle spent seven years as the Assistant Property Manager for Westfield Property Services, LLLP overseeing the Westmoor Technology Park in Westminster, Colorado. Michelle has 12 years of property management experience in office, retail and flex-office.

RON ROSA, PROPERTY MANAGER

Ron joined Lincoln Property Company in 2007 as Property Manager of all Industrial Properties.  Ron comes to Lincoln with more than 15 years of experience managing multi-building portfolios, most recently for CB Richard Ellis.

TED COONS, ASSOCIATE

Ted joined the Lincoln Property Company brokerage team in 2007.  Ted has a proven track record in client satisfaction and a strong drive to enhance any client's bottom line, whether they are a tenant, user, landlord or owner.  He is noted for his analytical skills, tenacious project management and a keen sense of the Denver market.  Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, he worked at Frederick Ross Company and Coldwell Banker Commercial Denver.  During his tenure at Coldwell Banker, Ted and the other member's of his leasing team were the #1 brokers in 2005 and 2006.

MARK DWYER, ASSOCIATE

Mark was brought on to the Lincoln Property Company team in the fall of 2008.  Mark's experience and expertise in industrial real estate allow LPC to further expand their real estate services and better understand the industrial market throughout the Front Range.  Before joining LPC, Mark worked with First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. as a Leasing Director, overseeing the leasing efforts for the assets held by First Indstrial's REIT.  Prior experience also includes seven years of leasing with CB Richard Ellis. 

MOLLY BREAUX, MARKETING MANAGER

Molly joined Lincoln Property Company in 2007 as Tenant Services Coordinator and has recently been promoted to Marketing Manager.  She has come on board to support the property management and marketing efforts for the Denver office.  Additionally, she will serve as the first point of contact in day-to-day tenant relations.  Molly's excellent hospitality skills are a result of working two years for Norwegian Cruise Lines.  She has a degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Elementary Education from Metropolitan State College of Denver.

MATT BOSQUEZ

Matt joined the Lincoln Property Company in the spring of 2008.  He is assisting Lincoln Property with the redevelopment of the marketing material for the Colorado Center, as well as the other properties managed and represented by LPC.  He is currently attending the University of Denver in pursuit of a Masters degree in Real Estate with a focus on Sustainable Development. 

BRIANNA TRAUDT, TENANT SERVICES COORDINATOR

Brianna joined Lincoln Property Company in 2008.  Her previous experience has been working in the mortgage industry and she now carries over real estate knowledge and excellent customer service to the Lincoln Property team.  She has come on board to support the property management and marketing efforts for the Denver office.  Additionally, she will serve as the first point of contact in day-to-day tenant relations.
